Weird Ideas That Work by Robert Sutton
For those of you who are involved in management and for the others who have to live with the management this is THE book to read. It's not a recipe book but one that you can use for inspiration whenever you have to find solutions. Innovation is the key word and is this not what is most needed in our world ? Take the risk to try: it works!
